What it does: The first of its kind, this set of CeramiClad frying pans combines the even, responsive heat control of the label's 5-Ply Stainless Clad Cookware with a proprietary nonstick ceramic coating. They’re workhorses for everything from sautéed vegetables to crisp-skinned seared fish, over-easy fried eggs, stacks of pancakes and beyond.
Additional features: They feature a Stay Cool Handle™ ideal for dishes that start on the stove and finish in the oven.
Compatible heat sources: Gas, electric and induction cooktops; safe to use in an oven (up to 550°F).
